I have an app that has been on the App Store for some time. Just recently it’s popularity went up fairly significantly and along with it came an enigma. A subset of users with iPhone 11 Pro Max’s and 12 Pro’s crash every time on launch. It can not be resolved by a restart nor a reinstall.
The crash is that it’s hitting an asset (not sure why this is actually crashing on a release build but I’ve done a more thorough disabling of it on debug builds) the point is though if devices are truly hitting this asset something is awry and the result will look very funky.
I need to figure out why these users are hitting this assert but without proper logs I have no trial. Maybe someone in here knows how to deal with these situations or could download the app and let me know if it crashes? I guess DM for app name if you’re willing to help. I genuinely need help and promise I am not trying to just plug my app.
