Can't search for my app in the App Store using a very specific keyword

So I updated by app last week and tried to improve my SEO by swapping out a keyword in my app name, but now my app no longer shows up at all for that keyword. The keyword is still in the "keywords" section, along with 4 or 5 references to it in the app description itself, including the second sentence. There's only 17 apps that use this keyword, so it doesn't appear to be an issue of losing ranking; it's just not there.
Has anyone else experienced this issue before?
