LF generic contact form - pls help me out

Hi,

so I'm in the progress of finishing up my first app, but I want users to be able to contact me via a contact form inside my app.

In my head this is a very generic scenario. Click on a UIButton, initialize a ViewController with your email and boom users can drop their feedback.

I know about the UIActionSheet and UIActivityViewController and that you can open up mail.app but thats not what I'm looking for.

I'd like to have something that looks like I've made it myself.

So if you have any pre-configured contact forms let me know :)
