I used to like the feedback when I plugged my phone into a power source. I keep my phone on silent 99% of the time, and like the little vibration notification when I plugged it in, but it seems to be missing from iOS 13 (at least the beta). I have System Haptics turned on, but I don't get this feedback. It seemed to be there until I installed the beta.

Is this something that was dropped in iOS 13? Or a setting somewhere that I can't seem to find? Or is this just a beta issue?
