[Bug] - After using 3D Touch on the Mail and Phone icons, you cannot select contacts to call from the pop up or add a VIP contact

I didn't phrase the title too well so I'll explain the bug.
As you know, if you use 3D Touch on the Phone and Mail apps, a contextual menu will pop up allowing you to view recently called contacts and for mail add VIP contacts. However if you tap on either of these menus, it will not do anything. I don't believe this bug was present in the last beta.
