So, I have an older iMac from 2015 running Monterey with 16gb ram and a 1TB main drive. I have a bunch of my favorite hi-res audio tracks stored on it and I currently use jriver media center as my media server. I'm still on the trial version and don't want to pay for it. What I'm wondering is this: is there any freeware that I can use as a media server that will allow me to stream DSD and other hi-res files from my Sony UBP-X800? Right now my jruver mc is finally set perfectly to match the capabilities of my system and I need something that will do the same thing but for free. I've tried Foobar2K but it has zero options. Thanks in advance for any advice.
