I've already bitched about some of this here before. I enjoy the treadmill and the guided courses but their connectivity to other devices is god-awful. Can't connect my phone to my treadmill to play my own music through the speakers. Can't connect my smartwatch to the treadmill to track my heart rate. These are all things that my Tempo does no problem. I feel like NordicTrack / Proform is a bigger brand that has been around for a lot longer they should be able to afford some decent tech to make it so that people can have the connectivity experience they want with their workout equipment. Especially considering the price we pay for the shit.
