I was able to successfully change my password before I was completely locked out. If it says it's locked on all my devices, is it locked for the hacker too? ATP I don't care about recovering my account. I just want to make sure they don't have access.

Currently I have new password that's not attached to keychain and they have account recovery phone number. I still have the email and currently it hasn't been removed from current email. I feel like I have the upper hand because I changed passwords, but it's still a stalemate because I do not have phone number for account recovery. If anyone can help me and give me some peace of mind please help. I really want to make sure that me changing my password helped keep my private info safe.
