Transfer ownership of custom domain email addresses to another iCloud+ user

I sold my business and need to transfer the domain associated emails to the new owners. Apple support was no help via phone or text, nothing in their support blogs, nor their support community. Does anyone know how to achieve this? I’ve exhausted every other route I could think of.
