Where to store my almost 300k and 1.5 TB worth of photos?

I have had an iPhone since I was in elementary school and have taken lots of photos. So now I have almost 1.5 TB with and will in a couple years finish the 2 TB I pay for icloud. Where should I store my hundred of thousand of photos safety? I worry about physical as they are bound to get lost or damage and I have attachment issues to photos (it’s prevented me from holding on to lots of things physically)

Are there alternatives anyone recommends? I’m guess maybe I will have to have multiple Google photo accounts
