question about the RMA process/my situation

I bought an iBUYPOWER MR SLATE from my local bestbuy about a month and a half ago but as of yesterday, the thing no longer turns on. Tried everything, took it to the geeksquad and they couldn't fix it. I don't have the bestbuy protection plan and stuck to go with the manufacturer warranty instead so I had to submit an RMA ticket. I'm almost 100% sure the issue was a dead PSU but it appears this is a common theme with these specific desktops. How big of an issue is this and have any of you had the same problem? Also, when can I expect my computer back and what are the potential scenarios? I just dropped 1,100 bucks on the thing and was super excited. I love everything about it but damn, this sucks.
