So I've had quite the journey with my experience with ibuypower, they were really great in communicating the process up til shipping. I know the shipping is out of their hands once they ship it but FedEx lost my PC and delayed the delivery of it like by a week or so. Then I receive the PC finally last night and when I go to boot it up the screen has lines in it and looks like a glitch then just black screens. Only once did it manage to go into a windows load error.
So I spent 2 hours last night waiting on the phone to talk to a rep, the rep was like extremely rude and did not seem to really understand my frustration with the situation. Basically told me to send it back because it sounds like a graphics card is messed up and that they have been receiving a lot of complaints about PCs with the heavier cards arriving dead on arrival.
The rep told me it'd take about 3 to 6 weeks to get it back and it's just super frustrating I ordered this build back in April and to finally receive the item I spent two thousand on as Basically a paper weight is just really frustrating and then having to deal with a crappy rep just really left a sour taste in my mouth with ibuypower.
