I've seen a couple threads pop up asking about how to get in touch with them because they're not responding to emails and such. I'll just leave a comment I made here in case it helps anyone else.
The best way I found to get in touch with them was via their live chat. It took about two hours for my turn but at least I managed to speak with someone.
The first time I spoke with someone via their chat they told me they would cancel my order for a PC totaling $2k usd (2.6k cad) (also purchased on black Friday)
A few days later I reached out to them via their chat again because my order status didn't say cancelled yet when I logged in on their website. This time the person said they would cancel it right there on the spot, they explained it was not cancelled the first time around and that a request to cancel was only made which takes time. I guess this person just bumped me up in the cancellation queue?? I also asked for a refund as well at that time keep in mind although that should be implied when someone has their order cancelled.
The third and final time I reached out to them via their chat because I hadn't received my refund after an entire week passed. The person explained that the accounting team needed initiate my refund so they put that request in.
I'm guessing I wouldn't have ever gotten my 2.4k (cad) if I did not inquire further after my second request to cancel and have my money refunded.
And yes I said 2.4k back because the conversion rates had changed between November 27th and today (December 12th). I lost $200.
I initially sent an email the same day I ordered to cancel the order but thought I would follow up on the Monday via chat just in case. I never did get a response to that email.
Be prepared to sit in their chat queue for at least an hour everytime.
