This dealership leased me a 2024 Santa Cruz that's obviously had the front bumper painted, poorly. I noticed that the chrome trim on my limited, had over spray on it. It was a bout a month after I leased it. I went the leasing route to see if I would enjoy driving/ having it. I was out checking the SC out, after I had a ceramic coating with a life time warranty. And I noticed something on my trim. I took it back to Charlotte Auto Spa. And he said it's definitely over spray from paint. He buffed it out. Put ceramic coating over that spot. Let it dry. Then we were good. Then about a month after that, I was taking the cover off of it, Starting with the front bumper. And I noticed orange peel looking paint. The ceramic made it hard to tell. But it's orange peel in appearance. Now all the rest of SC is perfect. But the over spray, combined with orange peel paint look on front bumper, let's me know it's been repainted. And a poor job at that. Why would they repaint the bumper? Must have had a bump up at some point. It had less than 100 miles then. I have more stories about Keffer a Hyundai in Matthews. But it involves their service dept. And my 23 sonata hybrid limited. But this forum is for the SC. So let's keep it at that
