Doctor mentioned possible "death" and now I am worried about following through.
Post Body
I had a consultation for a hysterectomy yesterday and the surgeon said, "and of course death is a possibility" amongst all the other side effects and what not.
This has made me very afraid. I've had carpal tunnel surgery and a salpingectomy with an ablation, so I've been put under before. But this seems more serious?
Did anyone else worry? Did anyone have scary complications?
My surgery date is in March, so I have time to calm down and relax. But death is a huge fear of mine so I'm just so worried.
