Surgery Nov 14

Surgery is now scheduled for November 14. I work in Health Records for a school district so not a lot of strenuous activity. I hope to go back to work after two weeks - 1 week fully recovering and the other working from home(mostly scanning things) - does this seem long enough? What are the necessities that I will need? Don’t have lots of money to spend so just knowing the bare necessities would be great.
