Do you regret your hysterectomy?

I am approved for my hysterectomy and I don’t have a date yet but was told probably sometime in November. People keep telling me I may regret my decision and that I may grieve my uterus due to not having children. I think this is the right decision and choice for me but part of me is worried now.
