Scheduled for 3/23 - what should I be doing in the next few weeks to get prepared?
Post Body

Hello! It feels like this is a long time coming but now that the ball is rolling, Iโ€™m feeling woefully unprepared. I have signed my FMLA paperwork, Iโ€™m getting my house in order, and making my list for what Iโ€™ll need for the post-op recovery. My doc made it sound easy-peasy, but this sub is giving great insight into reality ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…

Would love to hear what has worked for you, whatโ€™s been useless, any suggestions on how to make life easier in the weeks following? I am a single mom of four with mostly my mother helping, so anything that will help not only my physical recovery but keeping life running smoothly would be greatly appreciated!
