Every single person on earth will be notified about this, along with your identity and location, they can legally commit any crime against you with no repercussions, any crimes they commit whilst intending to commit a crime against you, is also legal.
Is this a joke? The second anyone finds out they can legally kill you and take your money it's curtains. Sure the majority of people don't ONLY refrain from killing/robbing because it's illegal, but there are MANY people whose morals wouldn't stop them
