How do you use it?

Clarifications:

• Using the power on groups only counts as one use
• People will understand your intent inherently, no genie-commands here
• You cannot command anyone you do not know personally without a plan in place to eventually command them through a series of commands
• Your power comes from your voice
• Every degree of "spreading your message" away from you, if it's intentional, costs another year. If it's unintentional, it does not have power. By which I mean, if you make a TV station broadcast your message, that counts as one - but if you tell them to give your message to someone else, you are cost both the command of telling them to spread it, and the next command (and so on, exponentially); however, an internet post, broadcast, etc with a command being viewed by a ton of people still only counts as one command. But if it gets spread to one person multiple times, or someone shows their friend the message without being told to do so, that does not contain the power nor does it cost you.
