Nightmare Cessation Audio Prototyping
Post Body

Hello everyone! Hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season. I've already spoken to the mods about posting this, just in advance. So let's get right to the point.

Recently, in October of this year, some fascinating new research came out from the University of Geneva. They used the strategic application of a specific piano chord during sleep to cause a substantial decrease in those experiencing chronic nightmares. You may find the research HERE.

Fascinating stuff. Anyway, as many of you know I am a clinical hypnotherapist with some interest in the research field; that's why I'm here today. I have created an audio file based upon this research and I would like to offer it to this sub, free of charge but with a request. I would like anyone who uses this to please comment or otherwise let me know your experience. I have used this with clients successfully, but I would like to open this up to a wider pool.

You will find a link to a copy of the audio I have created below. The instructions for it's use are simple: merely wait until you are about to fall asleep and press play. There will be only silence for 90 minutes after that to allow your brain to enter REM sleep followed by a tone. No subliminal suggestions, no talking, just sound. If anyone has any questions at all, please comment below and I will happily answer them.
