(I should say I'm coming, principally, from a recreational hypnosis perspective, although therapeutic applications could be good too.)
I don't have any problems with going into trance nor being convinced I am. But triggers and suggestions for kinesthetic hallucinations stick very poorly, if at all. I'm told one can learn to become more suggestible with practice but after a year I'm still not having much luck. I don't seem to store much kinesthetic memory to draw from, to try and recreate sensations, so this approach has not worked. I'm wondering if there's some epiphany I need to have, or how else I could go about learning to do this? Any ideas would be appreciated.
