Hey! I am new to all of this and going through the work to train my mind to be hypnotized and reprogrammed. Struggling a bit with my adhd but also know, like any other muscle, the brain needs to be trained. My question is what are the limitations of effective hypnosis? Is it a matter of nurturing thought I already have or can literally anything be programmed? As an example could I be programmed to think I am a girl, to think I am weak and unable to resist anyone…to need to be used a certain way even? I don’t know and I don’t want to have unrealistic expectations or ask for something that can’t be.
