So I’m 22 and significantly overweight, no physical health issues. No smoking, no alcohol, try to limit caffeine - hadn’t taken any prior to most recent tests In February.
I had my blood pressure and heart rate taken various times at the GP since December 2022 and it’s been persisting elevated when resting (10 mins into an appointment). But I’m wondering wether it’s actually cause for concern?
