It's not like you do it on purpose obviously, it's terrible though. You can have a guest over or some family from out of town. Casually on the phone while they're watching tv and then suddenly stroking yourself. Luckily it's usually easy to play off as an adjustment but you know what you did. I for one have done it far too often as you can tell but funny thing is when I'm actively repressing the thoughts and very conscious of the sexuality rising in my head I do well to maintain. After all one does grow accustomed to a point. But yeah for real just being so subconsciously sexual can be awkward sometimes lol don't worry about it too much.
