Intrusive thoughts when you can't do anything about it

So I can't stop thinking about sex right now no matter how I try and it's driving me crazy. There really isn't anything I can do about it now since I'm work but having trouble working. I also have a work lunch meeting a little later and was wondering if people had any tips with how they deal with it. Thanks
