How often would you have to have sex to be "content" and how often would you have to have sex to be "fulfilled"?

My personal answer would be once a week for me to be "content" as in not significantly hurting or being miserable over my hypersexuality; that's an amount I'm willing to settle for. It would be enough for me to not grab my hair and want to tear it out in frustration or agony. As far as being fulfilled, I would say 3 times a day even if it isn't possible or realistic. I may be able to get by with less if I happen to orgasm during. How about y'all?
