Why does my scalp get greasy so fast?

Hello! I am 14 and a girl going thru puberty. Lately my scalp has been getting greasy SOO fast. It could go just hours between a hair wash and it could start smelling like grease. It has never done this before. I wash my hair every other day and i try really hard to scrub away the oil but to no avail. Am i doing something wrong??

Edit: guys i DO only put conditioner on my ends i dont know what is happeninggg😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭thank u for the help anyways i appreciate it

I read that if your hair gets greasy fast, only put conditioner on your mid to ends of hair, don't rub it into your scalp
