Hygiene Tips?

When i reached age 12 i started to notice a harsh smell down there, i try so hard to keep myself clean but as a teen going through so much i fall into a slump, i dont even know how to shave.. can someone (preferably a female) help me or give me tips on what to clean with? I soon want my boyfriend to start coming over and i dont want to be hairy and smelly. pls help me
