I work outside most days and also have very oily hair. I wash my hair every other day, but on the off-days I need to wear a hat to hide my oily hair. I’m talking a baseball cap. I sweat so much from working outside that the brim of my hat (closest to my forehead) starts becoming discolored and smells bad within only a week or so.
I see people hiking and doing other sweaty activities in hats all the time, so what’s the deal? Are they not sweating? Do they wash their hats (I tried with a brush and soap which did nothing)? Do they buy new hats or a type of much more breathable hats?
I am confused, I want to hide my hair sometimes, and I don’t have enough hat funds for the way I’m going through them.
