How often do you wash your hair?

With the different hair and scalp types that everyone has I know it will vary. I’ve been washing my hair with shampoo and conditioner once a week and rinsing every time I take a shower for the past 5 years and it’s been working for me. I think anymore and my scalp will flair up and become dry and flaky.

I have long and thick hair. I wash my hair as often as I bathe. Almost every day or every other day, but I try for less cause it’s time consuming. I use a lot of conditioner and I comb it through.
