Is showering every other day too little and unhygienic?
Post Body

I’m a somewhat active person. The job I work is semi physical and most days I do get a little bit dusty or sweaty from moving stuff around. On those days I do hop in the shower but some days I just feel very fatigued and end up not feeling a shower so I end up using a washcloth and rinse or some soap to at least get the top layer of a day’s work off of my skin. I don’t want to say that I use “showering every day strips your skin of oils” as an excuse to not shower every day, but somedays are just tiring and as long as I didn’t get covered in dirt or dust or sweat, a good wipe down to get rid of that stuff and any smell should be sufficient. Is this still doing too little?

Edit: Thanks for the feedback. I will still continue to shower every other day and rinse in between. PS. My girlfriend thinks I smell perfectly fine. Adios

Edit #2: It seems as though some of you are so mad at me for asking this question (not for advice) that you had to send me death threats…It’s not that serious
