I was born and brought up in Hyderabad. But I have pretty much left the city in 2010. I have not even been in India in the last 8 years. I have also never worked in India.

I want to know how is it like living and working in Hyderabad. Assuming I have a job at a product company that pays well. I have a 3 BHK apartment which is around half an hour away from Hitech city or where ever my office is.

1. What can you do on the weekends?
2. How is it like to raise a family in Hyderabad?
3. Is it practical to own a car, a bike and drive it around the city. I had a car when I was in Jersey city, NJ. I had to sell it because I was not finding it easy to maintain a car there.
4. Powercuts/infrastructure problems are nothing I am not used to. But what else do I need to look out for?
5. How do the national/state level politics affect the life of middle class people like you and me.

8. Why do people make it seem like they cannot live in India. Why is it that everyone is trying to get out of India?
