So my great grand father built a house in the 60s. He had 5 sons. The house is a two floor house. The top floor is taken by one of his sons and the ground floor is split into two separate portions with separate entrances and all. Each of them was given to two of his kids. My grandfather is the one who inherited the ground floor portion.
His portion is on the ground floor. It is basically 4 rooms, one of them being a kitchen in a straight line. The house looks like train coaches. 4 bogeys in a row. Again since this is an old time house, the bathroom is in the backyard. No attached bath or anything like that.
The house itself is in a prime location though. 10 mins away from Abids.
How to go about selling the house. We could advertise on Magicbricks or some website like that. But I don't know how safe that is. Also how do we vet the buyers? How to make sure we don't fall for scams when selling the house.
