1) what is the cancellation policy. This is what it says, does it mean i can cancel until this date:
"Hotel Cancel Policy: Cancellation Before: December 12 2024. Cancellation Penalty: 100%"
2) How come the stay in not showing in my hyatt account on the hyatt website? Will it be linked?
