So i have a hvac on the 1st and 2nd floor on this thermostat. So ive attached a wiring pick as well i have a really old vision pro 8000. No wifi on it. No intelligence. I really want something i can remotely control. But ideally id like it to be smarter about heating and cooling.

I also have an old school simple baseboard heating thermostat in the basement. Itd be great to get something that could manage both. And be smart where itd crank the heat in the baseboard basement to say 68 or 70 then be off to help warm the place up quicker and cheaper..then the hvac which has a heatpump but the hvac doesnt cover the basement only the baseboard does.

Eother way i really need to find something for the main hvac system.
