I work with the property management company of this office building and the tenant uses offices upstairs (2 floor building) that have no cool air coming out their respective vents.
Landlord sent the HVAC vendor but they bring up to an issue:
1) since the ceiling of the offices look to be made of drywall, they do not want to risk walking on them to gain access to the HVAC system located there (picture a curved half circle roof to the building with offices underneath)
2) not really an issue per say, if there is no way for the HVAC tech to do his job, should I have the landlord send someone else (if so who?) to facilitate the HVAC repair?
Sorry for the rant, happy Monday
