Line voltage FCU thermostat suggestions?

Hi! I'm living in a condo and I'm very frustrated with my thermostat situation. One that controls my bedrooms doesn't put out enough heat even when put to maximum. And my living room one will not stop pumping out heat even if set to 50-60 degrees. I understand with line voltage and FCU my options are limited but I just would like SOMETHING that has a vague sense of temperature stability. There's 4 wires in the gang box, seems to have 3 fan pump speeds and 1 hot wire
