Hey guys. I've been doing BAS for Building systems including HVAC for about 5 years. I've got a professional certification in HVAC (Big whoop I know right?) And am F-gas certified (EU and UK).
I know the theory and practices but what I don't know is the engineering. I want to design my own little water chiller from the ground up in efforts to learn.
My question, I don't even know where to start, or What to look at. How does one start a design/build? What resources am I needing that I'm ignorant of?
TL;DR Looking for design build resources for making an HVAC unit (picking evap and condenser, picking compressor, how to size loads... Etc)
