Okay, so I've got two heating systems in the house.
In my basement I have baseboard oil heaters. When I turn these up to 66 or 68 it keeps the first floor of the house a little bit warmer, saving on the HVAC. (the thermostat is one of those really old school just turn to the temp you want it heated to and it is below grade)
My 1st and 2nd floor have an HVAC hybrid oil & heat pump system that also provides cooling in the summer. (thermostat is on the 2nd floor, and does have an outside thermostat as well)
So I'd like to replace the two thermostats I have with ideally one that can control both. Or two that I can manage together? Remotely
I've thought about the nest, but I doubt it'd take into account the basement thermostat. Ideally something that is somewhat AI. But that I can check on things as well, and adjust if need be.
