Furnace blowing air but not igniting

Hi, I’m a total noob, just bought a multimeter. The fan is coming on for the furnace but nothing else, not igniting.
I checked the igniter switch from the furnace first and it’s showing only 22 volts:
I checked the control board and it’s fine.
Time for a professional?
