Letting systems sit idle
Post Body
I live in North Carolina and there are large spans of the year where I'm comfortable in my house without running the AC, the fall being one of those times. Usually late Sept - mid Nov I have no need to run my system In either mode and humidity isn't a problem in my home either.
Am I doing any harm leaving my system off, only turning it on when the weather necessitates?
