Post Body

Amateur DIY here Trying to install ecobee thermostat. Currently have a Honeywell non-Wi-Fi thermostat. On the current thermostat wiring, I don’t see any cable for C terminal (pic 1) , but on the HVAC control board(pic 2), I see it has a cable extending from C terminal.

Question: is there an existing cable that I can use from thermostat wiring for C terminal or do I need to use the power extender (provided by ecobee) on the control board?
