Need a little help.

Long story short tenant brought cockroaches into my rental property. Roaches got into and destroyed old thermostat. Furnace and Centrail air controlled by old thermostat with 1 ground 1 Rh 1 Y 1 W wire with a Rh to Rc jumper. My question is what modern thermostats can I get with no common wire?
Old thermostat was an ancient rite temp programmable running 2 AA batteries.
