first time ever with propane heat. do i turn furnace off during summer?
Post Body
even though i’m not using my furnace the pilot light is on and running. i’ve read online that a hot water tank could use 1 gal of propane on average a day just burning the pilot light. is this true for my furnace also? should i turn the pilot light off for the summer? trying to save as much propane as i can.
