Wire fell off in furnace

This blue wire fell off the left side of the furnace when I was replacing the air filter and now there is no fire for heat th blower turns on but no heat comes out. Looks like it goes on next to the other blue wire on the left hand side for maybe the ground but not too sure, is this an easy fix?
