Looking for either a direct replacement or another option for this damper.

Years ago this damper had a messed up limit switch causing it to repeat cycle and either try to reignite or continuously run the blower. Was quoted 800 for a new one. Now that I'm older and more handy I can't find it or parts at all. There has to be an option. It's my dad's garage furnace and I'd like to get it functioning again.
