Family member in poverty has no heat, furnace has been inspected by multiple people with no business doing it. Board was flashing code for limit switch being tripped, a new switch was sitting there. Replaced this switch and verified it is working, no board codes. In the overheat condition with the limit switch open, blower motor runs without issue. However, blower motor does not function in auto or on, heat or cool. Heat and cool function properly, just no blower fan. Current plan is to attempt to jumper the thermostat fan leads to see if fan comes on, if it does will be replacing thermostat. If it doesn't come on, I will trace wires from thermostat to board looking for connection issues. If it isn't that, should I assume board is bad? Any advice is welcome, thank you.
