Rheem 500 series t-stat

Booted from HVAC Reddit cause they think I’m a homeowner. I’m a tech looking to see if anyone has found a plug and play replacement for this outdated communication stat that uses two stage heat and cooling. Doesn’t have to be programmable. Going to check with Larson in the morning. But hoping someone has a go to that’s a bit more familiar with the rheem products as carrier and the infinity are my common equipment I service. Any help would be great thanks in advance.
