Hi,
I have a 1,322 sq foot townhouse. Looks like my AC needs to be replaced due to age and barely used it except for emergencies. I need to use it more often to ensure my house stays below 79F for my 217 gallon saltwater aquarium that has coral & fish so I can't let my house go to whatever temperature it wants anymore.
I got 2 options and a 3rd option coming in tomorrow.
Option 1 is a 2.5 ton SEER 14 by Daikin
Option 2 is a 2.5 ton SEER 14 by Goodman
Any issues with the brands, SEER, or tons? Both offer a Honeywell T6 thermostat. Prefer option 2 since they can install the AC sooner.
